Please inquire about corporate and off season rates. All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to an 8% NY Sales Tax and 4% City of Hudson Lodging Tax. Third parties in the Van Buren Suite only will be charged $50.00/night. Payment/Deposits To guarantee your reservation, a credit card number is required. Preferred payment methods are cash, check, AMEX, Visa and MasterCard. Guests are charged upon checkout. Minimum Stay A two-night minimum is required on weekends. Single night weekday stays are accepted. Children Children 10 and older are welcome. Pets Dogs are not permitted as much as we love them. Smoking The Hudson B & B maintains a smoke-free environment. Cancellations Cancellations made more that 14 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of scheduled arrival will be charged 50%. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in will be charged for the full reservation. Please note: Every attempt is made to re-book a canceled room, no charges will be incurred if a room is re-booked.
Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out is 12:00 Noon. Specific arrangements my be made on an individual basis to include arrival and departure times and luggage check. Parking On street parking is readily available. Alternate side of the street parking is observed 7 days a week from 12 midnight to 8 AM according to odd and even days. This means that if it is an odd number day, park on the even numbered side of the street and vice versa for even numbered days. Carolyn will let you know if this requirement is lifted during certain months of the year. Check with Carolyn!
