We are offering our standard full service that includes a full breakfast.
Fred the Schnauzer loves people and will often say hello to you at the front door with a welcoming bark and is always looking for a friendly pat. Spike our eighteen year old senior citizen remains interested in seeing who is coming and going.

All rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to an 8% NY Sales Tax and 4% City of Hudson Lodging Tax.
Payment/Deposits
To guarantee your reservation, a credit card number is required. Preferred payment methods are cash, check, AMEX, Visa and MasterCard. Guests are charged upon checkout.
Minimum Stay
A two-night minimum is required for weekdays and weekends. Please contact Carolyn to arrange a single night stay under special circumstances.
Children
Children 10 and older are welcome.
Pets
Dogs are not permitted as much as we love them.
Smoking
The Hudson B & B maintains a smoke-free environment.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more that 14 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 14 days of scheduled arrival will be charged 50%.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in will be charged for the full reservation.
Please note: Every attempt is made to re-book a canceled room, no charges will be incurred if a room is re-booked.
Check In/Out
Check-in time is 3-6 PM and check-out is 11:00AM.
Special arrangements may be made on an individual basis to accommodate travel schedules and include luggage check.
Parking
Parking sounds much more confusing that it actually is. Carolyn will post a notice at the front door to let you know where to park each day. On street parking is readily available. Alternate side of the street parking is currently observed 7 days a week from 12 midnight to 8 AM according to odd and even days. The Hudson B&B address is an even number, 136 Union Street. This changes on Second Street to 15 S Second Street. Easiest to park on Union.
This means that if it is an odd number day, park on the even numbered side of the street before midnight and vice versa for even numbered days. This regulation is for several purposes; street sweeping, snow removal and for infrequent non-compliance $15.00 tickets are issued. Check with Carolyn!
